Proposed Zoning Changes have been approved!
The Cincinnati City Council approved phase 1 of the South Fairmount Re-zoning plan on March 18, 2023.
The City of Cincinnati Planning and Engagement Committee along with the South Fairmount Community Council, proposed changes to the Zoning in our community to promote growth and development. These plans are available online.
