Below is a link for anyone in the community that has children who attend a Cincinnati Public School. Smoke detectors have been earmarked for the homes of CPS students (a federal grant was received by the CFD). Please click on the link and fill out the form! For all others smoke detectors are available from the American Red Cross! Please call 513-357-7585 to make arrangements to obtain one of these.

If you live in South Fairmount, OH, you need to join our meetings and learn what is happening in your neighborhood.
The Cincinnati Planning Commission approved phase 1 of the South Fairmount Re-zoning plan on March 17, 2023. Next step is to obtain approval from the Cincinnati City Council. Date not yet set.
The City of Cincinnati Planning and Engagement Committee along with the South Fairmount Community Council, are proposing changes to the Zoning in our community to promote growth and development. These plans are available online.
