Beginning in January 2024, Beekman Corridor residents worked with the Working in Neighborhoods and the Devou Good Foundation to
develop solutions to these traffic problems. They surveyed residents, consulted with publicly-available data, and circulated a draft traffic
calming plan. Here is a listing of problem areas and solutions recommended by the residents.

Proposed Zoning Changes have been approved!
The Cincinnati City Council approved phase 1 of the South Fairmount Re-zoning plan on March 18, 2023.
The City of Cincinnati Planning and Engagement Committee along with the South Fairmount Community Council, proposed changes to the Zoning in our community to promote growth and development.
